Bird pots have been used since the 16th century. This bird pot is based on a model from the 17th century. As nowadays, people already liked having birds around them and seeing them busy with their young. This hand-made pot has an authentic look and is made in a traditional and artisan way. The basic form is a convex vase, which can be hung on the wall thanks to the flat open back.
