De Wildlife Acoustics Echo Meter Touch 2 Pro voor Android is ontworpen voor professionals die opnamen van de hoogste kwaliteit nodig hebben en beschikt over een ultramoderne ultrasone microfoon die sample rates van 256 kHz en 384 kHz kan halen, waardoor de beste 16-bits full-spectrum opnames kunnen worden gemaakt.
De Echo Meter Touch-app voor Android biedt speciale opties aan voor de Pro-versie van de Echo Meter Touch 2, waaronder instelbare versterking en geavanceerde trigger-instellingen, naast natuurlijk de nieuwste Kaleidoscope Pro auto-ID-classificaties voor vleermuissoorten in Noord-Amerika, Europa, de Neotropen en Zuid-Afrika.
Sluit de Echo Meter Touch 2 Pro aan op uw apparaat en de app activeert direct geavanceerde softwarefuncties die zijn ontworpen voor professionele biologen en ecologen. Kies een samplefrequentie van 256kHz of 384kHz. Regel de opname-amplitude door een van de drie versterkingsinstellingen te selecteren. Stel specifieke triggerlengte, triggervenster, triggergevoeligheid en auto-triggertijd in. U kunt ook de verdelingsverhouding van de audio kiezen voor de luistermodi RTE, heterodyne en time expansion. U kunt de nachtelijke sessiemodus en realtime-ID zelfs in-/uitschakelen.

- Een OS-versie lager dan 6.0 is geen garantie dat het apparaat compatibel is, zie ook onderstaande lijst.
- De Echo Meter Touch-app wordt niet geladen op apparaten met een versie van Android Go.
- Minimaal 1 GB totaal RAM.
- Minimaal 600 MB opslagruimte voor het bufferen van het spectrogram.

Compatibiliteit met Android-apparaten
De onderstaande apparaten zijn momenteel compatibel met Echo Meter Touch 2 en Echo Meter Touch 2 Pro bij gebruik van Android-versie 6 of hoger. Apparaten op deze lijst (vooral oudere) werken mogelijk niet met toekomstige versies van de Echo Meter Touch of kunnen incompatibel worden met de huidige Echo Meter Touch 2 vanwege wijzigingen in het Android-besturingssysteem. Als een apparaat niet wordt vermeld, betekent dit dat we nog niet genoeg informatie hebben om te weten of het correct werkt met de Echo Meter Touch 2 (waaronder diverse smartphones met Android 6 of hoger). Nieuwere apparaten (d.w.z. uitgebracht in de afgelopen twee jaar) hebben veel meer kans om te werken dan oudere.
