-What are the terms and conditions?
Not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return it for free within 14 days. Please contact us, and after approval send it in original condition and packaging. If the product is used, but still does not meet your expectations or meet your requirements we cans eek for partial refunding or a trade in - please contact customer service for more information.
-I have received my parcel, but it is damaged or incomplete?
Although we strive our best to deliver your order complete and on time, we can not stand for what happens in trnasportation. We ask you to report any irregularities upon arrival of the parcel. Based on this we can seek for a solution, and, if needed, a replacing shipment
-How can I return an item?
Always send the complete article (including any packaging, labels and / or accessories) back. After approval by Veldshop for a return shipment, pack the item you wish to return in a sturdy container and ensure sufficient postage. For example you can use the box we used for the order. After receiving the return items we will refund the purchase price within five working days to your account, we will keep you informed by e-mail.
-When can I expect my refund?
After arrival, your return shipment will be checked for overall status and completeness (accesoires etc). You will then receive an update by email, and if approved therefund will be wired. The time before the money arrives in your bankaccount largely depends on your bank and ht ecountry you live in. For Europe, this normally should take no more then 3 working days.
If you have paid by creditcard, you may choose whether we refund the money to your creditcard account, or wiretransfer the money to a bank account (make sure to provide the details for this)
