Delivery time & Shipping costs

Delivery time

We do our utmost best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are made on workdays before 17.00 hours will be send the same day. However, this is not always possible, sometimes products are not in stock, therefore delivery of your order can take a little longer. On the product page there is an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are via PostNL. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery. Deliveries to Germany usually take 2 working days. The delivery times to other countries depend on various factors including different carriers, so we recommend that you follow the Track & Trace code you receive after the order has been shipped.
