The BugDorm 4F3030 Insect Rearing Cage is designed for the safe rearing, maintenance and observation of small insects. Its ultra fine nylon mesh effectively prevents tiny species such as aphids, thrips and parasitic wasps from escaping or entering the enclosure.
A clear front panel provides an unobstructed view of insect activity without disturbing the environment inside the cage. The top and three side panels are made from fine nylon mesh, ensuring excellent ventilation and healthy airflow throughout the enclosure.
The spacious front sleeve opening allows insects, host plants and food material to be added or removed with ease. An internal hanging strip is included for suspending feeders or other lightweight accessories.
The lightweight fiberglass frame is positioned outside the enclosure, eliminating hiding places inside the cage and maximizing the usable interior space. Assembly is quick and straightforward using the fiberglass rods and durable plastic connectors.
