The AmScope T120 Series LED Trinocular Compound Microscope is designed for educational demonstrations, clinical studies, and laboratory applications. It is an ideal microscope for instructors and students, including medical or biology students. The microscope features several functional improvements compared to other microscopes in its class, such as improved LED illumination, a centerable condenser, and Siedentopf head adjustments. To customize the AmScope T120 Series LED Trinocular Compound Microscope to your viewing comfort, the eyepiece distance can be easily adjusted using a precision Siedentopf mechanism. A diopter is available on the left eyepiece tube to compensate for asymmetry, and the eyepiece tubes are angled at 30° for a comfortable sitting position without neck strain. Different eyepieces can be used to increase the total optical magnification. The trinocular photoport adds a dedicated camera mounting tube. The 23mm tube is height-adjustable to fine-tune the focus to the eyepieces.
The objective lens turret provides instant access to 4 magnification levels for easy focusing on minute details from 40X to 1000X. Additional 25X eyepieces expand the maximum magnification to 2500X with 6 unique levels. This covers the magnifications needed for studying hair follicles, cells, and bacteria. These high-quality lenses are achromatically corrected to enhance resolution and color accuracy.
The 2-tier mechanical stage provides smooth and precise movement for examining slides. The low-mounted stage controls are conveniently located near the coaxial focus knobs for a streamlined workflow. Examining slides is intuitive and precise for users of all skill levels.
The LED substage lighting provides cool, energy-efficient illumination. The light source is daylight-balanced to produce natural colors for imaging. Our specially developed fly-eye lens distributes light evenly at maximum brightness to enhance contrast and resolution. Illumination is further enhanced by a centerable Abbe condenser, which can be realigned for each magnification to ensure the correct exposure.
