      Cold Shoe Clippy Lyre Mount

      Product description

      The FC258 Cold Shoe Clippy Lyre Mount isolates your microphone from unwanted handling noise and vibrations. Made from almost indestructible thermoplastic, this premium mount clips firmly around the base of your microphone. It provides a secure grip, even when using a foam windshield or a furry Windjammer.

      While this product closely resembles the FC155 Lyre mount, there is a key difference in the mounting thread. The older FC155 features a 3/8 inch female thread, whereas this new FC258 version is equipped with a 1/4 inch thread in the base. This specific thread combined with the cold shoe base allows you to fit the mount directly onto a standard camera tripod, rig, or various shoe-mount accessories.
