The PixFra Mile 3 M625 combines advanced thermal imaging technology with a compact and lightweight design. Its sensitive 640 × 512 VOx sensor with ≤15 mK NETD and bright 25 mm f/0.9 lens deliver clear, high-contrast thermal images with a detection range of up to 1,300 metres. The wide 30.6 × 24.4 metre field of view at 100 metres makes it easy to scan larger areas quickly. The 1.2× optical base magnification provides a natural viewing perspective, while the digital zoom up to 8× allows closer inspection when more detail is needed. This combination gives the M625 both a broad overview and the flexibility to examine individual heat sources.
The 0.49-inch Full HD OLED display with 1,920 × 1,080 pixels works together with PIPS 3.0 Pro image processing to produce a clear and detailed view. Contrast, contours and thermal differences are displayed with clarity, while six colour palettes allow the image to be adapted to different conditions and preferences. The Picture-in-Picture function provides an additional advantage by enlarging a selected area without removing the complete thermal image from view. Hotspot tracking also helps locate the warmest heat source quickly.
The M625 is designed to be just as practical to use as it is capable. Its multifunctional control wheel provides quick access to key functions and remains easy to operate with one hand, even while wearing gloves. Photos and videos can be stored in the generous 64 GB internal memory, with the built-in microphone allowing video recordings to include audio. Wi-Fi connectivity enables thermal images to be streamed to smartphones and tablets, with support for up to four devices simultaneously. An electronic compass and multiple calibration options further increase the versatility of the device.
Despite its extensive features, the M625 remains compact and easy to carry. The magnesium-alloy housing weighs only around 290 grams, providing a good balance between durability and low weight. The quick-change 18650 lithium battery adds flexibility during longer observation sessions, with a specified operating time of at least 5 hours at 25 °C and with Wi-Fi switched off. IP67 protection helps shield the device from dust and water, while its operating temperature range extends from -30 °C to +55 °C. The PixFra Mile 3 M625 therefore combines high image quality, a wide field of view, intuitive operation and durable construction in a compact thermal monocular.
