The Checktemp 4 (HI151-000) is a compact and reliable digital pocket thermometer designed for the food industry. Its foldable stainless steel penetration probe makes it ideal for measuring the temperature of fresh, cooked and semi frozen foods such as meat, cheese and ice cream. The fast response probe easily penetrates semi solid products, allowing accurate temperature checks at multiple points.
The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable and secure grip, while the large lcd display on the side of the handle is easy to read. The thermometer automatically switches on when the probe is unfolded and turns off automatically after use, making it safe and convenient to carry in a pocket. Its waterproof and compact housing makes it suitable for daily use in professional food environments.
Each time the Checktemp 4 is activated, it performs an automatic calibration check using the exclusive CAL Check technology from Hanna Instruments. This feature guarantees reliable and accurate measurements at all times. CAL Check also alerts the user when the battery is low or when recalibration is required. The thermometer is supplied pre calibrated and ready for immediate use.
