      Product description

      The HI98193 waterproof portable dissolved oxygen meter is designed for accurate measurement of dissolved oxygen (DO), BOD, OUR, SOUR, barometric pressure and temperature. Built for laboratory, environmental and industrial applications, it combines reliable performance with a rugged IP67 housing.

      The supplied HI764073 polarographic DO probe features an integrated temperature sensor for automatic temperature compensation. The built-in barometer automatically compensates for atmospheric pressure, while manual salinity compensation ensures accurate dissolved oxygen measurements in both fresh and salt water.

      The backlit graphic display provides clear readings and on-screen guidance during calibration and measurement. Built-in calculations for Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Oxygen Uptake Rate (OUR) and Specific Oxygen Uptake Rate (SOUR) make the HI98193 ideal for water quality analysis.

      Store up to 400 measurements and transfer data easily to a PC via the waterproof micro-USB port using HI92000 software. With a battery life of up to 200 hours, the HI98193 is a dependable dissolved oxygen meter for field and laboratory use.
