    Product description

The renewed BDII XD series from Kowa has been greatly improved compared to the previous model. A striking feature of the new BDII XD series is its indispensible wide field of view, with leading performance in terms of wide-angle. With the BDII XD, you'll be able to quickly locate your subject through a wider view of the environment that's sharp to the edges of the image. The Kowa XD (high quality ED) lenses and the fact that the BDII 6,5x32 XD is already sharp from 1.3 meters sets a new standard in this pricing by Kowa. Extremely affordable without compromising on quality.

The Kowa BDII 6.5x32 XD binoculars are compact and consist of magnesium alloy which makes them extremely strong and with only 535 grams extremely light in weight. These features make the BDII 6.5x32 XD ideal for use on the water and to follow (water) sports events, to spot planes and / or birds or to take the binoculars with you during city trips. The Kowa BDII 6.5x32 XD with lenses of 32mm and a magnification of 6.5 times represents an extremely high quality at an affordable price.

All components in this BDII XD series are fully multicoated. This ensures that light transmission, colour definition, brightness and contrast are always optimal. The roof prisms are treated with phase coatings to increase their reflective power. This results in a sharper image and a more pleasant view for the user. In the BDII XD series, Kowa has also coated the roof prisms with the exclusive C3 coating, which gives a very high reflectivity and ensures a light transmission of more than 99%. The lenses are also equipped with the Kowa Repelling (KR) lens coatings and the roof side binoculars are 100% waterproof. The KR lens coatings make the Kowa BDII XD series easy to maintain.

    Technology

Because the roof side prisms are treated with fasecoatings and C3 coatings, the reflective power is increased in such a way that there is a light transmission of more than 99%. This results in an incredibly clear and sharp image. The Kowa Repelling technology prevents grease, liquid and dirt from accumulating on the surface, making cleaning easier. This KR technology also reduces the risk of scratching a fragile lens surface by reducing the pressure required to remove dirt. The Kowa BDII 6.5x32 XD binoculars are fully waterproof and fully filled with nitrogen gas. This allows the roof side binoculars to cope with all temperature fluctuations without fogging up the lenses on the inside.

    Focus

Focusing the Kowa BDII 6.5x32 XD is done with the central focusing wheel, which is very easy to handle. Under the right eyepiece is a dioptric adjustment ring with a special groove to give extra grip during use. This allows the binoculars to be precisely focused and adapted to the individual user to provide a clear and sharp image. Because the central focusing wheel is of an attractive size, it can be used to focus very accurately.

    Field of view

The Kowa BDII 6.5x32 XD has an unbelievably large field of vision with 175 meters at 1000 meters. With this enormous wide angle a target can be found faster in the area.

    Accessories

The Kowa BDII 6.5x32 XD binoculars come with a comfortable carrying strap and a water-repellent bag in addition to the lens caps and eyepiece protection cap. This means you don't have to worry when it suddenly starts to rain or when you are on or near the water. Of course a manual is included and the BDII 6.5x32 XD is delivered in a luxurious package.

If you want to observe objects or animals in a relaxing way, it is also possible to place the new Kowa BDII XD binoculars on a tripod. For this you need to use the optional Kowa Binoculars Tripod Adapter. This adapter can be mounted on the front of the binoculars by removing the cover with the name Kowa on the front of the binoculars. This Tripod adapter can be found with optional accessories.

Application Kowa Binoculars BDII 6,5x32 XD

The Kowa BDII XD binoculars are extremely compact and lightweight. This allows them to be used for various observations. From bird watching during cycling and walking tours, to city trips and a visit to an animal park. The KR lens coatings make the Kowa BDII XD-series easy to clean.

The 100% water and fog resistant rubber armour ensures that the lenses are well protected against accidents.
