The Hanna Instruments HI98195 is a rugged, portable multiparameter designed for professional water quality testing in the field and on-site. Using a single digital multiparameter probe, the HI98195 measures key parameters including pH, ORP (redox potential), electrical conductivity (EC), TDS, salinity, pressure and temperature. This makes the meter suitable for comprehensive water quality monitoring and analysis across a wide range of field applications. Multiple selected parameters can be displayed simultaneously on the backlit graphic LCD. The meter features an IP67-rated waterproof housing, while the digital probe is IP68 rated for continuous immersion in water.
The HI7698195 digital multiparameter probe features an integrated temperature sensor and connections for pH/ORP and conductivity sensors. The color-coded electrodes are individually replaceable, making cleaning, maintenance and replacement quick and easy. The intelligent probe automatically recognizes connected sensors, while digital signal processing helps reduce interference and signal noise. The Quick Connect DIN connector provides a fast, secure and waterproof connection to the meter. The pH meter supports calibration at up to three points, while the EC meter uses single-point calibration. Automatic temperature and pressure compensation are available. In addition to conductivity, the meter can determine parameters such as TDS, resistivity and salinity. Manual and automatic data logging can be set at intervals from 1 second to 3 hours, with storage for up to 45,000 data sets. Measurements can be viewed graphically and transferred to a Windows-compatible PC via micro-USB using the HI9298194 software. GLP functions store important calibration information, while the dedicated Help key provides contextual guidance during setup, calibration and measurement.
